The turnout was very weak compared to a normal year due to the continual inclement weather conditions that have plagued us here in Huntington over the weekend. The 2009 Huntington Chamber of Commerce sponsored Fall Festival is officially over. It was 4 days of fun in the sun (well, mostly).
