Hobart’s Beach, also known as Sand City to the locals is a place we decided to take a tour of last night. It had been years since I had been there and was AC’s and Aliya’s first time there. I was mildly surprised to see a bunch of fisherman (and women) there trying to catch the bounty of the sea. The sunset was beautiful and I managed some decent shots of the fisherman and the sunset.

The beach is a nice place, and you need a sticker (unless you go around 8 O’clock. We never need to pony up any fees to go catch the sunset’s at any local beaches). Hobart’s beach also has an outdoor shower, aid station, playground, and boat ramp for the nautically inclined.
