Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park is one of the nicest recreation areas we have been to so far. It is a spectacular mix of beach, park, and baseball fields.
We tried our luck at fishing, although we were blanked again. The man in the picture below was nice enough to give us a piece of his sandworm for bait. He said he goes there everyday and catches snappers and porgy’s as well as some striped bass.
